Physical Products

Damaged or faulty items

I want you to be completely happy with your order. If something arrives damaged or faulty, I'll replace it. Just get in touch and I'll make it right.

Returning books or goods

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition.

Refunds are issued for the item price only—original shipping costs and payment processing fees are non-refundable.

You're responsible for return shipping. Hang onto your shipping receipt in case the package goes missing.

Once I receive and inspect the item, I'll email you with the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

How to start a return

Email matt@mgherron.com with "Return request" in the subject line. Include your order number, name, and reason for the return, and I'll send you instructions from there.
